The customer portal offers bank transfer by IBAN, TWINT, PayPal and a USDT wallet. Minimums, fees and available currencies are shown beside each method.
Confirm the destination
Save the chosen destination in the customer portal and confirm the link sent by email. A changed destination needs fresh confirmation and remains locked until confirmed.
Request a payout
Choose the confirmed method, enter an amount and submit the request. You can see request status in the customer portal under Payouts.

Yes. TWINT is available in the customer portal and pays in CHF. The current minimum is shown there.
